1.Contact our staff by phone when you arrive at the ticketing counter. Our staff will be there to receive you in no time.
2.Please pay up on the spot to our staff, who will take care of ticketing matters on your behalf. Should you need to rent skis and relative gear, you might have to pay a deposit for them:
Set of skis 200yuan/set (boards and poles)
Ski attire 200yuan/set (top and bottom) Usage cost: 30yuan/use
Locker 20yuan Usage cost: 10yuan/use
Deposits will be returned to you at the ticketing counter should there be not damage to them upon return.
3.Collect your gear, attire and locker key at the hall with your ticket. Change into your skiing attire and you are ready to start.
4.Return your gear, attire and locker key according to the time indicated on the ticket. Our staff will mark on the deposit slip that you have returned your items.
5.Collect your deposit with your deposit slip at the ticketing counter.
6.Home sweet home after a nice day of skiing.
Note: Deposits can be made with an ID and credit card together (no exception of either). Bank cards without credit function are not acceptable.
